We also work with more exotic products such as kaffir lime with its explosion of freshness and acidity, turmeric, baiteuil leaf or even shiso leaf. We cook our products on demand and that's what makes all the difference!

We have the desire to offer the best delivery and takeaway experiences thanks to unique recipes, handpicked products and adapted packaging. Mission Saigon was created following the meeting between Anton, Philippe and the Vietnamese Chef Mak, followed by the opening of our first kitchen in the 11th arrondissement of Paris!
We mainly use recyclable materials like kraft and we're trying to limit the amount of packaging for our products.
