Our fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs are daily cut and prepared in our kitchens. We also work with more exotic products such as kaffir lime with its explosion of freshness and acidity, turmeric and even shiso leaf. We cook our products on demand – and that's what makes all the difference!

It's our mission to provide the best delivery and takeout experiences thanks to unique recipes, handpicked products and sustainable packaging. Mission Saigon was created following the meeting between Anton, Philippe and the Vietnamese Chef Mak, followed by the opening of our first kitchen in the 11th arrondissement of Paris!
We try to limit the amount of packaging we use for your orders, and what we do use is mostly made from sustainable or recyclable materials such as kraft. Sadly, a little plastic is still necessary – but we're working on it!
